3. AI Analysis
Anthropic receives your Digitals images when you use the P3 Audit or Digital Snap, after you give separate consent. Anthropic's Claude models return presentation feedback. P3RSON instructs providers not to train on your images and does not use your images to train models. Providers may keep inputs briefly for their own safety and abuse monitoring under their commercial terms. AWS Rekognition counts faces and checks photo quality and explicit content. It is not used to identify anyone, and P3RSON does not create or store face templates. Read more in the AI Features Notice and the Biometric and Sensitive Data Notice.
4. Law Enforcement and Others
We do not treat law enforcement, your guardians or a court as sub-processors. See the Privacy Policy for when we disclose data.
5. Changes to This List
- We give 30 days' notice by email before a new sub-processor starts processing your personal data.
