Our Commitment
P3RSON is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our platform and services.
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
Conformance Status
P3RSON aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. This means:
- Level A: Basic accessibility features (minimum standard)
- Level AA: Enhanced accessibility features (our target)
- Level AAA: Specialized accessibility features
Current Score: 96/100 accessibility points
Accessibility Features
Keyboard Navigation
All functionality is available from the keyboard. You can navigate using Tab, Shift+Tab, and Enter keys.
Screen Reader Support
Our site is compatible with major screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. All images have descriptive alt text, and form fields are properly labeled.
Color Contrast
Text and background colors have sufficient contrast (at least 4.5:1 for normal text) to meet WCAG AA standards.
Reduced Motion Support
We respect the prefers-reduced-motion accessibility setting. Users who prefer reduced motion will see minimal animations.
Touch Target Size
All interactive elements (buttons, links, form inputs) meet the 44px minimum touch target size requirement.
Responsive Design
Our site is fully responsive and works well on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.
Skip Links
A "Skip to content" link is available on every page to bypass repetitive navigation.
Known Issues
While we work to maintain full accessibility, we are aware of the following areas:
- Video Content: Some embedded videos may not have captions or transcripts. We are working to add these.
- PDFs: Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are converting these to accessible web pages.
- Third-party Tools: Some third-party integrations (payment processors, forms) may have accessibility limitations beyond our control.
Report Accessibility Issues
If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, we would appreciate hearing from you:
Please include:
- • The page URL or feature name
- • A description of the accessibility issue
- • Your assistive technology (screen reader, etc.) if applicable
- • How we can best contact you with a response
