1. Content ownership

1.1 You own your content

Creators keep 100% ownership of everything they upload to P3RSON, including:

The exception is commissioned work made for a brand under a booking. The booking contract sets the brand's usage rights.

1.2 Metadata

You own the metadata of your content: hashtags, thumbnails, descriptions, captions, location data and timestamps. P3RSON does not claim ownership of it.

2. What P3RSON may do with your content

2.1 Limited license

When you upload content, you give P3RSON a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to operate the Platform. That means we may:

The license is for running the Platform only. P3RSON will not:

2.2 Brand usage rights on bookings

When you finish a paid booking, the brand gets the usage rights written in the booking contract. Unless the contract says otherwise:

TermDefault
DurationAs stated in the contract
TerritoryAs stated in the contract
MediaAs stated in the contract
EditsCrop, resize and color-correct only. No significant alteration.
CreditRequired where the contract says so
ExclusivityNon-exclusive

Broader rights (exclusive use, work-for-hire, derivative works, sublicensing) apply only if the booking contract states them. If the contract is unclear, it is read against the party claiming the broader right.

2.3 Your own use

You may use your own content for self-promotion: your portfolio, other social platforms, demo reels, awards and your own marketing, unless a booking contract grants a brand exclusivity.

You keep the copyright in your original content. P3RSON does not claim it. You may register it with the U.S. Copyright Office. P3RSON cooperates with copyright enforcement through the DMCA Policy.

3.2 What you promise

You promise that your content:

If a promise is false, you agree to remove the content, to not re-upload it, and to cover P3RSON's reasonable costs from the claim. Your account may be restricted or ended.

3.3 What you may not upload

AI-generated or AI-assisted content must be labeled "AI-Generated" or "AI-Assisted".

4. Earning on P3RSON

4.1 How creators earn

The Stripe processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is paid by the creator. See the Stripe Connect Addendum.

4.2 What creators may not do

Paid features that P3RSON itself offers are not covered by these restrictions.

4.3 Your controls

You can turn tips on or off, set minimum tip amounts, turn booking requests on or off, and choose who may message you.

5. Removing content

5.1 You delete your content

TimeWhat happens
ImmediatelyHidden from public view
24 hoursRemoved from search and feeds
30 daysSoft-delete period, when you can still restore it
60 daysPermanently deleted from our servers

Backups are cleared within 30 days after that.

A rightsholder can send a DMCA notice. We remove the content within 24 hours of a valid notice, tell you, and you can send a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. See the DMCA Policy.

5.3 Other removals

P3RSON may remove content that breaks the Community Guidelines, is illegal, infringes someone's rights, shows non-consensual intimate imagery or harasses others. You get a notice with the reason and can appeal within 14 days. See the Community Guidelines.

6. Impersonation and likeness misuse

If someone is using your name, photos, voice or likeness without your permission, including through a fake account or an AI-generated or edited copy:

  1. Report it in the app (Report > Impersonation) or email [email protected] with the subject "Impersonation".
  2. Tell us where it appears (a link or the in-app location) and how you can show it is you, or that you authorized the account.
  3. We acknowledge the report immediately and a person responds within 24 hours. We investigate for up to 7 days.
  4. If confirmed, we remove the content or account and tell you. The person who posted it can appeal as described in the Community Guidelines.

For non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated ones, use "Intimate image removal" in the app or email [email protected]. We remove a valid request within 48 hours.

7. Attribution

8. Edits and derivative works

9. AI, likeness and digital replicas

9.1 No AI training

9.2 Digital replicas need separate written approval

A brand or agency may not create or use a digital replica of you, or an AI-generated version of your image, voice or likeness, unless you give separate written approval first.

Using a digital replica without approval is a violation of this policy and of the Community Guidelines. It can lead to removal of the content and suspension of the account.

10. Privacy and likeness

Performances

If you perform (dance, song or other), you own the copyright in the performance. The booking contract states the brand's rights. You may perform the same material elsewhere unless you agreed to exclusivity. A booking does not make you a brand's employee.

Locations

If a location is visible in your content, you give permission for it to appear. You do not promise access to the location. A brand cannot assume it may reshoot there.

11. Disputes about content or usage

12. What you acknowledge by uploading
