1. What this addendum covers
This addendum sets the terms for P3 Pro, Media Kit, P3 Audit and P3 Coins. It adds to the Terms of Service, Section 3.2. If this addendum and the Terms differ on these products, this addendum applies. Everything else in the Terms still applies.
Each product applies from the date the app shows it as available to you.
Members under 18 cannot buy P3 Pro, buy or hold P3 Coins, or cash out. Guardian approval is not available in this version, so members under 18 cannot use the private P3 Audit. See the Guardian and COPPA Policy. Adult-only purchases need adult age confirmation. In this version it uses Apple's age range prompt, which needs iOS 26 or later. On earlier versions of iOS you cannot complete an adult-only purchase unless your account is already confirmed as an adult.
2. P3 Pro
P3 Pro is an optional personal subscription for individual members. It costs $19.99 per month for Monthly or $199.99 per year for Yearly and includes P3 Audits and Media Kit. Both plans have the same features. Digitals and readiness are free.
P3 Pro is bought through Apple In-App Purchase. It is not bought on the web.
A purchase is tied to the P3RSON account that is signed in when the purchase is submitted. We do not move a purchase to another account automatically. If you bought on the wrong account, email support@p3rson.com. We cannot promise to move it.
Subscription details
- P3 Pro offers Monthly $19.99 per month and Yearly $199.99 per year. Both plans are auto-renewing until canceled and billed by Apple according to the plan you choose.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price, unless Apple notified you of a price change.
- You can manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device. Changes between Monthly and Yearly plans are handled by Apple.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- P3RSON does not refund the unused part of a period. Apple handles refunds under its policies.
- If a free trial is offered, it is shown at purchase and ends when the first charge happens.
- Links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are shown with the purchase.
Access
Your access follows the subscription status that P3RSON's servers verify with Apple. A purchase on your device does not give access until that status is verified. Use "Restore Purchases" if you reinstall or switch devices.
Separate from the Agency plan
P3 Pro is personal. The Agency and Brand plan is a separate organization subscription billed through Stripe. See the Agency and Brand Addendum.
3. Media Kit
You can build a Media Kit draft with P3 Pro. Publishing a Media Kit needs a Stripe account connected to P3RSON with payouts turned on (see the Stripe Connect Addendum). A public Media Kit shows only the information and evidence you choose to publish.
- Media Kits are not available to members under 18 and are never published for them.
- If your P3 Pro subscription ends, we return your published Media Kit to draft after we confirm the end of the subscription. It stays a draft until you have P3 Pro again, and then you can publish it again.
- Your private material is not deleted merely because P3 Pro ends and is never published automatically. The Data Retention Policy and your deletion rights still apply.
Ending P3 Pro does not erase your existing Sent history. It remains available for read-only review until account deletion or a valid legal deletion request, subject to legally required preservation. New shares and resends require active P3 Pro and the other sharing requirements.
Read-only history preserves link revocation, privacy access, export and deletion rights.
Anyone with this link can view the selected information until the link expires or you revoke it. Revoking the link stops future access through it; it cannot recall copies someone already saved. Your Sent history stays available.
4. P3 Audit
P3 Audit is a private, optional analysis of your Digitals. It gives presentation-readiness coaching and private AI Scout Notes. It is included with P3 Pro. Results are private to you unless you choose otherwise.
- There are no standalone Audit credits. P3 Audit comes with P3 Pro, or with your agency's sponsorship if an agency that represents you sponsors it.
- The Audit is coaching. It is not a decision about eligibility, hiring, pricing or any other outcome. See the AI Features Notice and the Biometric and Sensitive Data Notice.
5. P3 Coins
P3 Coins are a digital currency used inside P3RSON for gifts, tips and support between members. They are never used for bookings.
Buying coins
- Coins are bought in the app through Apple In-App Purchase. Buying coins on the web is not available in this version.
- Coins go to the P3RSON account that is signed in when you buy them.
- Purchased coins are non-refundable, except as required by law or by Apple. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases under its policies.
- Coins have no cash value. Cash-out is not available in this version; if it is offered later, the terms are in the Cash-out section below. The price you pay to buy coins is not the cash-out rate.
- Coins do not expire while your account is in good standing. If your account is closed for violating the Terms, unused coins may be forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise. If you delete your account, unspent coins are forfeited when deletion is final and are not refunded.
- Coins cannot be transferred outside P3RSON or traded for anything except gifts, tips and support inside the app. Coins cannot be transferred to another account except as a gift, tip or support in the app.
Gifts, tips and support: 20% fee
P3RSON takes a 20% platform fee on P3 Coins gifts, tips and support, calculated on the gross value. This is the only 20% fee. It is taken from the gift before the coins reach the creator's balance. There are no card-paid cash tips. Tips are made in P3 Coins only. A gift, tip or support amount cannot be taken back once it is sent.
If the creator is represented by an agency, any agency commission set in the creator's agreement with the agency also applies to the creator's share, in addition to the platform fee.
Cash-out
Cash-out is not available in this version of the app. If P3RSON offers cash-out later, it will be shown in the app. The terms below describe how it would work, and they apply only from the date the app shows cash-out as available to you.
If cash-out is offered, verified adult creators with a connected Stripe account could cash out their coin balance on these terms.
- Rate: 1,000 P3 Coins = $1.00 USD.
- Cash-out fee: 5% of the USD value of the coins cashed out, taken after the 20% gift fee.
- Minimum cash-out: $10.00 USD (10,000 P3 Coins).
- Payment is made through your Stripe account.

Worked example
A supporter sends a 50,000-coin gift ($50). The 20% fee is 10,000 coins ($10). The creator's balance receives 40,000 coins ($40.00). If cash-out is offered and the creator cashes out all 40,000 coins, the 5% fee would be $2.00 and the creator would receive $38.00. That would be 76% of the gift.
Withholding
P3RSON may withhold or reverse coin value, fees and payouts for fraud, chargebacks, policy violations or legal requirement, and may recover any negative balance from future payouts.
6. Bookings
Booking payments through Smart Escrow are not available in this version of the app. P3 Coins are never used for bookings. The platform fee on bookings is 10% of the gross booking amount, and the creator pays the Stripe processing fee. See the Stripe Connect Addendum.
7. Changes
We tell you in the app before a change to this addendum takes effect. If a change is material, we ask you to accept it again.
