1. Overview
You can get a copy of your personal data in a format you can read and reuse. This applies to P3RSON users in the United States, including rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We deliver your export within 30 days.
2. What Is Included
- Profile and identity: name, email, phone, location, photos, bio, social links
- Content: uploads, posts, stories, captions, live stream recordings you created, comments you wrote
- Bookings and messages: booking records, booking thread messages, attachments, agreements
- Payments and earnings: transaction history, payout records, earnings summaries, tax forms
- Activity: view counts, engagement metrics, followers and following, saved items
- Digitals and audit results: your Digitals images and your own audit results
- Settings: language, notifications, privacy settings, blocked and muted lists, payment method type (not card numbers)
3. What Is Not Included
- Passwords, recovery codes and sign-in tokens
- Other people's content, including their comments, reviews, and messages to you that they still control
- Internal audit logs, fraud investigation records, legal hold files and sanctions screening results
- Card numbers, bank details and identity documents held by Stripe
4. How to Request
- In the app: Settings > Privacy > Request Data Export.
- Choose the categories you want.
- Tap Request Export. A confirmation email follows within 1 hour.
You can also email [email protected] with the subject "Data Export Request" and the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

6. Timing and Delivery
- We deliver within 30 days of a verified request.
- Very large exports (over 10 GB) may take longer. We tell you why and give a new date, and you can leave out categories to make the export smaller.
- We email you a link to a secure download page. The link is valid for 30 days. You can download more than once. After 30 days the files are deleted.
7. Cost
- Your first export is free.
- More than one export in 30 days: $25 per additional request.
- We may refuse requests that are clearly repeated or abusive.
8. If You Delete Your Account
You can request an export during the 30-day grace period before deletion becomes final. After that, your personal data is removed as described in the Data Retention Policy, and an export is no longer possible. Export first if you want a copy.
9. Corrections
If your exported data is wrong, email [email protected] with the field, the current value and the correct value. We correct it within 14 days.
10. If We Say No
We tell you the reason in writing. You can reply within 14 days with more information and we decide within 30 days. We may refuse requests for other people's data or data under a legal hold. California residents can also contact the California Attorney General.
