Use this page if your copyrighted work is on P3RSON without permission and you want it removed. Read the DMCA Policy first for the full process.
Check these first:
- You own the copyright, or you are authorized to act for the owner.
- The use is not licensed to the person who posted it, for example under a booking contract.
- You have considered whether the use could be fair use.
If the problem is an intimate image shared without consent, do not use this page. Use the in-app report option "Intimate image removal", or email [email protected] with the subject "Intimate image removal". We act within 48 hours.
2. How to Send It

4. What We Do Next

If you do file a court action against the member, send us a copy of the filing or other proof by email to [email protected] within the 10 business days. We keep the material down while that action is pending.
If your notice is incomplete, we write back and say what is missing.
5. Warning About False Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f), a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing is liable for the damages, costs and attorneys' fees of the person harmed. We may also suspend or terminate an account that sends false notices.
If you are not sure you own the work or whether the use is allowed, get advice from a lawyer before you send this form.
6. Privacy
We pass your name, contact details and notice to the member whose content was removed, as the DMCA requires. We may also share your notice with a court or in response to lawful requests. Do not include information you do not want shared.
