Versions and re-acceptance
There is one suite version for all documents. It always equals the version of the app that ships the text, and all documents share one effective date. We show the suite version in the app for every release.
We ask you to accept again only when we make a material change. A release that changes no legal text, such as a bug-fix update, does not ask you to accept again, even though the suite version number may move with the app version.

The AI photo analysis consent is separate. We ask for it before your first Digitals image leaves your device for AI analysis.
Users outside the United States
P3RSON is offered in the United States. We do not target users in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom and do not offer the service to them. If you open the app from elsewhere, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for following your local laws. U.S. law governs. We make no promise that the service is appropriate or lawful outside the United States. People in sanctioned territories cannot use P3RSON (see OFAC Compliance).
Media Kit sharing and Sent history
Share only the selected content after a separate preview and acknowledgement. People with the link may forward it; unsigned-in activity is shown as “Someone with the link,” not a verified recipient. The Privacy Policy contains the recipient notice. Sent history and frozen shared content survive expiry, revocation and P3 Pro lapse. History becomes read-only after lapse and is deleted on account deletion or a valid legal deletion request, subject to targeted legally required preservation. Revocation, privacy access, export and deletion rights remain available.
