P3RSON is an iOS app. There is no website account, so requests are made in the app or by email. You do not need to sign in on this page.
Download a copy of your data
- In the app: Settings → Privacy → Request Data Export. Choose the categories you want and tap Request Export. A confirmation email follows within 1 hour.
- By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Data Export Request" and the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
- Formats: JSON and CSV for profile and settings, a ZIP of original files for content and Digitals, CSV, JSON and PDF for bookings and messages, CSV and PDF for payments and activity.
- Timing: within 30 days of a verified request (very large exports may take longer, and we tell you why). The download link is valid for 30 days.
- Cost: your first export is free. More than one export in 30 days is $25 per additional request.
Delete your account
- In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
- Grace period: 30 days before deletion becomes final. You can still request an export during this period; afterwards an export is no longer possible.

Parents and guardians
Guardians can export all of a minor's account data within 10 business days, and can ask us to delete the minor's data. Email [email protected]. See Guardian and COPPA.
