Dino built P3RSON after watching talented creators get overlooked by traditional agencies for years. The industry gatekeepers decided who was "model material" — and everyone else was left out. He observed creators with genuine talent and reliability getting rejected while agency rosters remained unchanged for decades. The problem wasn't a lack of talent; it was a system designed to protect existing relationships rather than discover new ones.

With a background in tech and entertainment, Dino saw that traditional agents rely on intuition, personal networks, and aesthetic preferences — all prone to bias and geographic limitations. He saw an opportunity to give every creator private, practical coaching on their Digitals, so anyone can put their best work in front of agencies and brands.

Dino started P3RSON not as a feature, but as a movement. The mission is simple: every creator deserves professional representation. Not just the ones who know someone. Not just the ones who fit a narrow aesthetic standard. Everyone who is willing to show up, do the work, and improve their craft should have access to legitimate brand opportunities and transparent payment systems.

Today, P3RSON is in pre-launch, with the waitlist open ahead of launch. Dino continues to build P3RSON with one core principle: creators should own their market value, not rent access from gatekeepers.
