Dino built P3RSON after watching talented creators get overlooked by traditional agencies for years. The industry gatekeepers decided who was "model material" — and everyone else was left out. He observed creators with genuine talent and reliability getting rejected while agency rosters remained unchanged for decades. The problem wasn't a lack of talent; it was a system designed to protect existing relationships rather than discover new ones.

With a background in tech and entertainment, Dino recognized that talent evaluation is fundamentally a data problem, not a subjective one. Traditional agents rely on intuition, personal networks, and aesthetic preferences — all prone to bias and geographic limitations. He saw an opportunity to replace human gatekeepers with AI that evaluates talent on what actually matters: showing up on time, delivering quality work, responding to opportunities, and building genuine engagement.

In 2024, Dino launched P3RSON not as a feature, but as a movement. The mission is simple: every creator deserves professional representation. Not just the ones who know someone. Not just the ones who fit a narrow aesthetic standard. Everyone who is willing to show up, do the work, and improve their craft should have access to legitimate brand opportunities and transparent payment systems.

Today, P3RSON is piloting in five major markets with 27 founding creators and 1,000+ on the waitlist. The platform has already processed $50K+ in bookings, and the model is proven.
